For our division Global IT at the headquarter in Wiesbaden (Germany) we are looking for you as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Disciplinary management of the Digital Workplace Team in Wiesbaden Group-wide definition of software standards for the workplace of the future (“Future Digital Workplace”) IT business partner and main contact for the worldwide digital workplace requirements Central service responsibility for all IT digital workplace solutions (M365, identity & access management) Responsibility for software distribution (Matrix42, Microsoft) Establishment of a global community for IT standards in digital workplace & collaboration Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leading IT teams (digital workplace preferred) Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers Deep knowledge about M365 (esp. Office365, Teams, SharePoint-Online, VivaEngage, OneDrive) Service-oriented and user-centered mindset Willingness to drive end user trainings and promotion for new solutions Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stake holders Professional in English and German
