Your Tasks

Shape TÜV SÜD’s global sustainability strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and define standards for sustainability excellence Conduct research on global market developments, regulations, and emerging trends; consolidate insights for both client and internal projects Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely achievement of milestones Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead execution support, and orchestrate expertise across divisions and regions Perform sustainability assessments, identify improvement areas, and organize impactful workshops to foster engagement and collaboration Build and nurture strong internal networks and external partnerships to advance TÜV SÜD’s sustainability ecosystem and thought leadership #

Your Qualifications

Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Resource Management, or Engineering Several years of client-facing experience in strategy or sustainability consulting, ideally in an international context Proven expertise in sustainability or ESG-related work with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management abilities in multi-stakeholder, cross-regional environments Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills Hands-on, results-driven mindset with proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel Passion for sustainability and motivation to shape innovative, future-oriented solutions Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English and German
