In this role, you will shape the future of PERI’s industrial setup. With a clear focus on automation and efficiency, you’ll manage cross-functional projects and help scale solutions worldwide.


Lead complex projects in logistics, production, and maintenance – always with an eye on time, cost, and quality Design and implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and output quality Develop standardized concepts for machinery, tooling, and workstations – ready for global rollout Introduce process improvements and best practices in collaboration with our international subsidiaries Conduct feasibility studies and profitability analyses, including layout and process design Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Procurement, R&D, IT, Quality, and Operations Coordinate and align efforts across multiple functions to drive project success

Your professional Toolkit

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology, Production Engineering, or similar technical field Several years of experience in factory or production planning, ideally with exposure to machine and system engineering Proven expertise in planning, implementing, and commissioning automation solutions Strong experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders Proficient in project management methodologies and confident in handling complex, high-impact projects Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for optimization potential in technical processes and setups Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and hands-on approach Fluent in English and German, and open to regular international travel (20%) Apply online
