You face challenges like

independent program planning and monitoring for internal and external customers as well as partners management and coordination of international working groups responsibility for defining, implementing, and monitoring the IT roadmap of the NGFE program interface function to internal IT managers and analysis of IT requirements development and coordination of technical concepts in close coordination with relevant stakeholders alignment of service delivery, schedules, and budgets with departments organization and coordination of reviews with customers and partners design and implementation of training measures as well as IT consulting for users of the NGFE program

a degree in (business) engineering, business informatics or a comparable education professional experience in implementing IT projects and enthusiasm for IT solutions solid knowledge in project management as well as pronounced analytical skills persuasiveness and negotiation skills team orientation, initiative, high self-motivation, and enjoyment of change processes flexibility and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary and international project team in a hybrid working model very good German and English language skills
