We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remote-first, but you have the freedom to choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely on-site due to your proximity to one of our locations.



As our new

Senior Performance Marketing Manager

, you’ll take full ownership of five- to six-figure monthly budgets and multi-channel performance campaigns across search, display, social and programmatic for multiple countries. You’ll be the one to make sure every euro we invest turns into measurable growth – in traffic, conversions and customer lifetime value.



This role is about more than just running ads. You’ll mentor and align junior marketers, helping them grow while raising the bar for the entire team. Together with our

Team Lead Performance Marketing

, you’ll shape our performance strategy and make sure execution runs at the highest standard.



Data is your playground: You’ll dive deep into GA4, Looker or SEMrush, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable steps. From creative testing to bidding automation, you’ll also leverage

AI tools

to optimize performance and scale campaigns efficiently.



With your strategic mindset and hands-on mentality, you’ll constantly explore new ideas, test bold approaches, refine existing setups and implement process automation that ensures long-term efficiency and scalability.

What convinces us

8+ years of experience in

Performance Marketing

, with direct responsibility for

multi-country and multi-channel budgets

Strong expertise in

Google Ads, GA4, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads

Proficiency with

SEO/SEA tools

such as SEMrush or Ahrefs Solid experience with

Looker, Google Tag Manager and Power BI

Hands-on use of

AI tools

(creative testing, audience modeling, bidding automation, workflow copilots such as n8n) Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus Industry background in

subscription models, e-commerce, or cloud/hosting

is a plus Leadership skills: ability to

mentor, align and support
