Our Employer Branding & HR Communication team in D\xc3\xbcsseldorf is looking for YOU! As an HR Expert People Strategy at Uniper you will support our company in the development of an effective Uniper\'s People strategy and strategic HR priorities such as but not limited to employee engagement and retention, People KPI as well as HR excellence. In this role you will drive and execute implementation, drive change and work closely with the HR team as well as leaders from across the organization. You will work in an environment with a strong team spirit that promotes energy transition and welcome all.
  • Drive the development and implementation of Uniper\'s people strategy by a professional HR project management office including continuous review and adaptation of the people strategy to changing conditions
  • Support the HR Business Partner organization deriving business unit-specific future-oriented People strategy and developing measures to attract, retain and develop qualified employees
  • Enhance HR KPI-based decision by integrating employee engagement results and KPIs into data-driven HR strategy and link results to HR product portfolio
  • Contribute to the HR strategy by defining long-term and short-term objectives, and translating these into key projects
  • Be a sparring partner on all HR strategy issues for other HR departments such as HR Business Partnering, Talent & Learning, HR Operations and the HR leadership team and liaise with leads across the organization and build a strong relationship to key stakeholders
  • Grasp and analyze complex contexts and subsume them in easily digestible presentations
  • Contribute to culture development and drive change across the HR organization
  • University degree in human resources, organization psychology or business administration with a major in talent/organization, preferably master degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a management consultant for HR / talent / organization / efficiency matters
  • Professional experience in an international context and in innovative organizations
  • Independent working style and ability to dive into new topics autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills combined with demonstrable communicative and creative skills
  • Profound project management capability and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluency in English and German (written/spoken)
