\n We are looking for a People and Organization Development Expert (x f m) for the POD Performance, Learning & Succession team in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH), with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis. In this role, you will develop and implement global concepts and programs for personnel and organizational development.

Your tasks

You will drive the talent management agenda, continuously optimizing performance development and talent discussions as key business processes

You will initiate, lead and drive people and organization development initiatives in partnership with divisional and regional HR teams

You will design and implement comprehensive global frameworks to further develop people and development organizational offerings

You will further develop and support global succession strategy

You will take the functional lead role in driving people and organization development projects, including robust tracking and metrics

You will analyze talent data and provide insightful reports on key employee information, utilizing innovative approaches to leverage data-driven insights for informed business decision-making

Your qualifications

You have a successfully completed master\'s degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration or a comparable field

You have proven relevant professional experience in the field of talent management in a global organization

You are experienced in implementing and executing concepts and initiatives globally

You have a high affinity for data

In addition, customer orientation, very good communication skills across different hierarchical levels and experience in project management round off your profile

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, German and other languages are desirable
