We are looking for you to join our team in the

Human Resources

Department

at our headquarters in Idstein as a

HR Business Partner Retail (f/m/d)

as soon as possible.

Your role in the Wolfpack:




1. Strategic HR Business Partnering – Focus on Retail

Advising and supporting retail managers in all personnel-relevant matters (covers the entire employee lifecycle). Co-designing, conceptualizing, and implementing change and transformation projects (e.g., restructuring, market openings, store closures, role changes, incentives, benefits for retail employees, etc.). Overseeing and implementing benchmarking initiatives and supporting potential salary adjustments in close coordination with all involved stakeholders and departments. Collaborating on a potential Europe-wide employer branding and marketing campaign for employee recruitment and retention. Ensuring labor law compliance in all relevant countries (in cooperation with local HR and legal teams). Conducting training for retail employees on important HR topics.

2. Professional Support & Management of HR Specialists and Coordinators

Providing professional coaching to HR Specialists and Coordinators on complex projects and country-specific issues. Sharing HR retail best practices with the entire team. Ensuring the consistent implementation of HR processes and guidelines in all markets. Acting as a sparring partner for HR colleagues in change management and communication measures.

3. KPI & Risk Management

Analyzing and monitoring KPIs (e.g., fluctuation, cost of labor, timelines for location changes). Deriving recommendations for action to minimize risks and maximize the productivity and engagement of store employees.

What you bring:




Completed university degree or comparable qualification in business, human resource management, or a similar field. At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in an international retail environment. Sound knowledge of the retail business as well as operational and strategic HR work. Very good written and spoken German and English skills. High willingness to travel and enjoyment of working on-site in the stores. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems such as ATOSS, Hansalog, or SAP is an advantage. Good understanding of processes and strong interconnected thinking. High resilience, personal initiative, and strong implementation skills. Strong communication and consulting skills at all hierarchical levels. Team player with high social competence, loyalty, and a sense of responsibility. Structured, organized, and reliable working method.
