HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for the Finance department
as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Supporting personnel development, talent promotion, succession planning, and career development
Contributing to organizational and change processes, including communication and process optimization
Preparing and implementing individual employment measures in compliance with labor law requirements
Collaborating with employee representatives and contributing to works agreements
Preparing and executing the annual salary review as well as contributing to compensation management
Assisting in personnel and budget planning in close coordination with HR/Finance/Controlling
Analyzing and reporting key HR metrics, including deriving recommendations for action
Supporting forecasts, monthly and annual financial statements in HR-related areas
Participating in projects and further developing relevant processes
What you bring:
Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, with interfaces to Finance/Controlling
Solid knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
Experience in budget planning, HR metrics analysis, and involvement in financial processes
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking with high numerical affinity
Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and sense of responsibility
Structured, solution-oriented way of working with strong social competence
