Supply Chain Software Implementation Consultant

in our Customer Success department. In this role, you'll help our customers get the most out of Netstock and use it optimally within their business processes. As a Netstock expert, you’ll ensure smooth project implementations and deliver a great customer experience.

How you’ll support us:

Support in managing multiple Netstock implementations and guiding customers through the onboarding process Assist in analyzing customer requirements and implementing simple adjustments using software functionalities Create reports and analyse with SQL to support customer requirements and internal processes Work closely with technical teams to implement customer requirements Support time and task management within projects to ensure smooth execution Contribute to the delivery of customer trainings (including online sessions) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Assist with knowledge transfer, building customer relationships, and expectation management Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process Actively participate in identifying areas for improvement in implementation processes

What you will bring:

Initial professional experience (approx. 1–2 years) in supply chain, planning, or a comparable field Basic knowledge of demand and supply planning, with an interest in further developing these skills Practical experience with SQL and ideally first exposure to ERP systems or planning tools Advantageous: understanding of topics such as demand planning, inventory optimization, or supply networks Analytical mindset and enjoyment in structuring and presenting complex interrelations Independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with customers and internal teams
Basic project management Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken And of course: creativity, inspiration, and contagious enthusiasm for your work!
