TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Rate & Customer Allocation Management
Enter all contract customer contractual (PA/HB/SB) rate request in the Pricing Tools for review by the Pricing and Route Management Teams
Follows up on the feedback and liaises with the Sales Managers on the finalization and price/allocation acceptance by the customer.
Reviews the contractual rate registration in the Cargo Management System to ensure accurate information for correct bookings
Provides customer rate sheets when requested or required
Assists in creating and follow up of customer contractual agreements (BSA)
Timely liaison with the Sales Managers in case of allocation shortfalls (pre-flight)
Structurally measures the performance of the customer allocations and provide feedback to the Sales Managers (post-flight)
Provides ad hoc analysis upon request
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Timely processing of Customer RFQ uploads as received by Sales Managers
Maintains and updates the customer database
Assists entering relevant Sales information into the system
Sales & Marketing Assistance
Supports sales and marketing campaigns
General Sales Assistance
Responsible for the SMF (small and medium forwarders) customer when required
Follow-up communication for Outside Sales
Tender Processing (CRM)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Apprenticeship or A-level in the logistic sector is required
1-3 years experience in sales and proven record
Good knowledge of the German logistic market
Responsible and reliable, strong communication skills are required
Should be passionate about air freight and eager to take over responsibilities
