Are you ready to dive into the world of Communication and knowledge management? In KWS Berlin we are looking for a

Working Student Service & Communication Management (m/f/d)

for our Global Business Operations (GBO) at

KWS Berlin GmbH

. In this role, you are going to have a hands-on chance to explore how internal support works in a global organization. This opportunity is for a

12-months contract

,

20 hours per week, and hybrid (40% home office).



Your responsibilities:



Support Communication Services

– Assist in drafting, formatting, and distributing internal communication, including preparing messages, visuals, or content for team updates and events, that drive change and keep our teams informed and engaged.

Keep our Knowledge Base fresh and useful

– Help review, format, and update articles in close collaboration with our internal experts.

Prepare internal training invites

– From training invites to info sessions and team get-togethers, you will prepare communications, manage sign-ups, and handle follow-ups.

Keep things organized

– Support our team with documentation, timelines, and reporting. You will help us track trends and make our internal services better every day.

Assist the Leadership Team

– Provide organizational support to the Service & Contact Management Leadership.

Your profile:



You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Communication, or something similar, with a

minimum of 2 semesters left of studies

. Ideally this is not your first professional experience, it would be even better if you have experience in Global Business Operations. Previous experience with

ticket systems

is desirable. You have a strong knowledge of MS Office.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) mandatory

. Additional languages, such as German, Spanish and French, are a huge plus. You work in an organized, structured, proactive way, and have a sharp eye for detail. You have a genuine interest in service management, internal communication, and making user experiences better through knowledge sharing. You enjoy working in a team, are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders, and are excited to keep learning in a dynamic environment. Preference for availability four times per week.

Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
