Werkstudent (m/w/d) / Working Student HR – Office Management & Social Media / Employer Branding

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Working Student HR – Office Management & Social Media / Employer Branding to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll focus on office management activities as well as social media and employer branding initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination of office-related tasks while contributing to the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer.

What you’ll do

Support the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks Handle incoming parcels and distribute mail (physical and email) Coordinate office-related tasks Support the organization of internal events Create and prepare social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram Conduct employee spotlights/interviews and support employer branding initiatives Assist with updates for employer branding and internal communication activities Provide support during internal events and HR initiatives Be present in the Hamburg office 2–3 days per week

What you’ll need

Enrollment as a university student (preferably in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields) Fluent German and English skills Interest in HR operations, office management, and social media/employer branding Creative mindset; initial experience with social media content creation is a plus Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are beneficial Service-minded, structured, and reliable working style Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Availability of approx. 20 hours per week; on-site presence in Hamburg required 2–3 days per week
