We’re looking for a hands-on, curious and driven

Working Student – Operations & GTM

to join our team and take ownership of key internal initiatives. From coordinating events to supporting our ISO 27001 certification and optimizing customer onboarding, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our fast-growing climate tech company running smoothly.


This is the perfect role if you're excited by variety, love making things work behind the scenes, and want to learn how high-performing teams build companies from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

Make things run, better:

You’ll support and improve internal processes, from customer onboarding to lead management and tool implementation

Own internal projects:

Help drive our ISO 27001 certification and implement tools and systems that help the team stay secure and compliant

Create memorable moments:

Help plan and execute company events, like our Hamburg Week and customer-facing gatherings, that bring our culture to life

Support GTM with precision:

Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and organised, support with lead funnels, and enable sales & marketing to move fast

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need

You’re currently enrolled in a Master's degree (nice to have, not required) Experience in a startup or

B2B environment

— you understand how to get things done in a fast-paced setting Strong with Excel and Microsoft 365 — you like structured work and building clarity Great communicator — clear, friendly and able to ask the right questions Project management comes naturally to you and can juggle timelines & to-dos with ease Fluent in German and English
