The Working Student Operations Controls will be reporting to the Operations Controls Manager and will be a member of the global Offshore Service Resource Management & Planning team. The main responsibility is to the support the Project Managers within the Department in driving business improvements within the organization while having a strong focus on digitalization and automatization. Working location will be predominantly in Hamburg BTC or Bremerhaven.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Evaluate and optimize service-area processes across multiple offshore wind farm projects Standardize team working practices based on best practices and lessons learned Analyze and improve selected business processes; conduct data management for prioritized topics and enhance data integrity through process monitoring Prepare and contribute to regular reporting for management and stakeholders, summarizing results and recommendations for decision-making Foster interaction and collaboration among global functions and departments Assist in integrating new office technologies and systems

What You Bring

Highly motivated students, preferably within Engineering or IT studies Comprehensive IT user skills (MS Office and Windows 365) High level of communication skills Independent, proactive and responsible way of working First experience with SAP SRP, PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps is a plus High commitment, hands-on profile and innovative mindset with a desire to work in an international team Fluent in English (at least C1 level), preferably also in German (minimum B2 level)
