s a Working Student in our Group Operations and Commercial teams, you’ll be at the heart of SYNLAB’s transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include:
D
rive Projects Forward: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across Operations and Commercial functions
T
urn Data into Decisions: Collect, analyze, and visualize data to reveal trends and insights that guide management decisions
T
hink Critically, Act Creatively: Prepare business cases, performance analyses, and scenario simulations to support strategic choices
C
ommunicate with Impact: Help craft clear and compelling communications aimed at internal stakeholders and leadership
O
wn Your Piece of the Puzzle: Take charge of smaller projects independently and contribute meaningfully to larger cross-functional initiatives
E
nrolled in at least the 3rd semester of university studies (fields like economics, health economics, data science, biology, chemistry, physics or medicine)
C
urious, analytical, and eager to learn from real-world business challenges
T
hrive in diverse teams and enjoy solving complex problems
P
roficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ready to level up with BI tools and Lean thinking
F
luent in English; other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
