YOUR TASKS

Become part of the global and strategic HR team "People & Culture Global Operations & Technology” Support the conception and implementation of strategic HR topics with the local HR teams Work independently on exciting topics in the area of global People & Culture, such as preparation and compilation of reports, whilst communicating with P&C teams around the world Participate in overarching international projects, including the design and implementation of a Job Architecture.

YOUR PROFILE

Registered student (m/f/d) in business administration, business psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course, ideally with a focus on human resources Very good knowledge of using MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and Power Point First practical experience in an HR department is an advantage Confident command of English Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Enjoy a varied and responsible job in a dynamic and international team
