We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a

Working Student (m/f/d) – HR Operations Specialist

to join our team.


Who are we? You will be joining the European People Value Services-Team, mainly based in Munich and Stuttgart. We are known for our close connections to various departments as well as diverse professional backgrounds allowing us to play an active role in most HR processes and initiatives of the company, offering you valuable insights, exposure, and learning opportunities in a globally operating, well established organization.

Role Description & Responsibilities

You will be handling employee inquiries from across the entire DACH region throughout their entire employee lifecycle You will be acting as HR point of contact for other interns, independently coordinating their on- and offboarding (e.g. welcome emails, contract creation, reference letters) You will be managing and maintaining Knowledge Bases, FAQs and contractual documents for different HR measures You will support daily business operations in different HRIS systems and contribute to special projects You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office procedures

Qualifications

You are currently studying in the fields Economics, Psychology or similar You have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate strong communication skills in English and German, further language skills like French or Italian advantageous You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products You are both an enthusiastic team player and an independent analyst
