YOUR TASKS

As a Working Student in the Global Sourcing Indirects team, you will actively contribute to the management and optimisation of Nordex’s indirect spend categories while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment.



You will support day-to-day sourcing operations, data management, and supplier processes, while also taking ownership of selected mini-projects with guidance from our Strategic Buyers.


Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and compliance activities Document NDAs, Codes of Conduct, and supplier master data Prepare spend analyses, market overviews, and supplier performance reports Assist in sourcing projects such as RFQ preparation, benchmarking, and cost analysis Help review and renew framework agreements and track contract status Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and local Procurement teams Contribute to data cleansing and harmonisation in SAP, SRM, and PowerBI

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled student (m/w/d) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong plus Availability to work from our office in Hamburg or Rostock is required Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with SAP is an advantage Reliable, well-organised, and eager to learn and take initiative Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams Interested in procurement, sustainability, and digitalisation
