ABOUT THE TEAM
Our mission is to continually provide a user-centric modern workplace solution with a "people before technology" approach, focusing on improving the user experience and integrating the latest digital technology. You will join the team that offers hands-on IT support for modern end-user devices and infrastructure. This role is essential to our teams’ success, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our shared mission of making a positive impact.
What your work will look like:
Analyse and resolve technical user problems in a face-to-face support setting.
Provide a great user experience by offering support for initial setup and addressing general issues with devices, including mobile phones and laptops.
Gain insights into professional device management with standardized infrastructure and security measures within a globally operating company.
Assist in organizing and preparing for hardware lifecycle exchanges or rollouts.
What you need to be successful in this role:
You are a student of informatics, business informatics, mathematics or physics or equivalent, and have completed a minimum of 1 semester.
As a Digital Native, you ideally have already gained first practical experience in the IT user support domain
You bring in team spirit, strong social competence, self-motivation and great communication skills
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen awareness of user needs and requirements.
You have excellent English language skills. The German language is nice to have.
