We are currently looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Deal Desk Department at our
Munich
location. As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will support our global Deal Desk team in developing and delivering persuasive and compliant proposals for global markets. Working closely with colleagues across the organization and leveraging AI tools, you will help create proposal documents that effectively showcase our company, our solutions, and the value we provide to clients worldwide.
Your Tasks:

Assist in the proposal and quote development process for various offers (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) and related deliverables, pre- and post-submission
Support and drive the further development and maintenance of our AI knowledge hub for proposal management + maintain a database of responses for tenders and offers
Support the preparation of product/service descriptions, pricing, and terms in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain global offer document templates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure proposals meet quality standards. Help with final proposal production, including editing and formatting
Coordinate submission requirements, including scheduling team calls, tracking deadlines, and organizing content submissions
Provide support for data entry into the global pricing database + deal reporting and assist with deal approval workflows
Support the global offer management team in optimizing tools and processes for efficiency
Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
Your Qualifications:
------------------------
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (e. g. Bachelor or Master) in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Business/Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
Strong experience/interest in business-supporting AI technologies and tools
Strong communication-, analytical- and problem-solving skills
Excellent English skills are mandatory, other languages are a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently as well collaboratively in a global team environment
Interest in learning the selling process of companies, especially RFPs and RFIs
Familiarity with financial modeling tools or willingness to learn (e.g. Excel)
Interest in developing skills in cost analysis, pricing strategies, and proposal writing
