As a

Working Student – Founders Associate

, you will support our Co-CEO and leadership team in driving forward our mission to build a market-leading SaaS ESG platform. As part of the Co-CEO Office, you help shape strategic priorities, support decision-making, and drive cross-functional initiatives that influence the future of our organization.

In this role, you act as a trusted partner in day-to-day operations, contribute to strategic and operational projects, and help improve internal processes and structures. You will gain deep insights into how a fast-growing scale-up operates and take ownership of impactful projects from day one.

Your Responsibilities

Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Initiatives

Work closely with the Founders Associate, the Co-CEO, and internal stakeholders to drive ad-hoc strategic and operational projects across the organization. Contribute to topics spanning corporate strategy, investor relations, organizational development, and cross-departmental alignment. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure that timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met. Support internal and external stakeholder communication with clear, structured, and compelling material.

Process Excellence & Governance

Help design and optimize processes, governance structures, and operational workflows that enable us to scale efficiently. Identify improvement areas and propose solutions with a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Market Research & Strategic Analysis

Conduct competitive analyses, market and industry research, and prepare insights for strategic decision-making. Develop clear summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership.

Operational & Executive Support

Assist in preparing presentations, briefing materials, and documentation for internal meetings, leadership sessions, and external events. Support selected administrative and operational tasks within the Co-CEO Office as needed.

Industry Exposure

Contribute to preparations for conferences, partner meetings, or industry events and support relationship-building activities.

Your Experience

You are enrolled as a student at a top university or business school in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field—ideally at the intersection of business and technology. You have already gained work experience as a working student or through internships (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, SaaS, digital transformation, finance, investment banking, or private equity). You bring strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a proactive, structured way of working. You are agile, quick-thinking, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You have a strong interest in strategy, digital processes, and building scalable operations. You are

fluent in German and English
