The Siemens Fonds Invest (SFI) Fund Finance Team is responsible for the management of SFI’s Alternatives fund-of-funds, which invest in Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds for the Siemens pension scheme and other renowned internal and external clients. You will support the team in various aspects of the fund management and data projects. In this position, you will receive a good overview of the management of private market fund-of funds and processes of an asset manager.

You’ll make an impact by

Supporting the team in financial steering of the fund-of-funds (liquidity management, reporting, performance measurement)


Process support and optimization, with a focus on digitalization, data analysis/preparation, and the implementation of artificial intelligence

Participating in the introduction of a new data analytics tool
Assisting on a variety of ad-hoc projects/topics

Your success is grounded in

Advanced bachelor's or master’s study with a focus on Economics, Finance or a familiar field of study


Interest in the private market fund industry, ideally some prior experience/knowledge

First practical insight as an intern e.g. in consulting, auditing, or with an asset manager desired

Analytical mind, structured way of working and independent, proactive working style

Affinity to data related tasks (data analysis, reporting)

Excellent skills in MS Office (Word & Excel required, PowerBI is a plus)
Fluency in English, advanced proficiency in German language
