How You’ll Make an Impact

Support the Head of HR and Global HR Business Partners on all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning, competence management, etc. Support organizational changes by managing big volumes of data and liaise with key stakeholders and interfaces in the business units Support reporting and data analysis Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations Administrative tasks such as managing calendars, travel expense reimbursement and other special topics

What You Bring

Current studies in economics or psychology with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester First experience in an HR environment, initial experience in project management is desirable Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint and like to conceptualize ideas Fluent in English and willing to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies Self-starter with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills Willing to work about 20 hours a week
