You will gain valuable practical experience in the work with our HR Business Partners, take responsibility for exciting tasks and master challenging projects in an agile environment. We will support you in discovering and further developing your talents and strengths.

Support of our HR Business Partners with personnel tasks, such as organizing and following up on workshops Participation in diverse projects within organizational development Working with the HR Business Partner Team, you share responsibility for introducing comprehensive processes and strategies for employee retention and engagement Supporting on daily tasks and administration
What you will need
This is what you bring along:


You are a currently enrolled student in Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field of study and will be available for a minimum of two semesters You are characterized by your open-mindedness and proactive approach, as well as your independent, conscientious, and dependable work ethic You are communicative and business fluent in German and English
