Your role and responsibilities

You assist the team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations You take part in processing travel expense reports You contribute to the preparation of financial reports (e.g., payment lists, reporting, monthly closing) You carry out general administrative tasks in the finance department You make sure that routine tasks are completed accurately and on time

Your profile

You are an enrolled student, ideally in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.) You are interested in accounting and finance and eager to gain practical experience You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) You work in a structured and independent manner and you have a strong affinity for numbers and high attention to detail You think process-oriented and help optimize workflow and you are a team player with a good level of initiative Your business fluent language skills in English and German
