We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Working Student Finance

(m/f/d) to join our Berlin team at

and support our Finance Manager in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing

company while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world setting.


By working closely with our Finance Manager, you will contribute to building efficient processes and reliable data that help driving smarter business decisions. Your work will directly support budgeting and forecasting efforts and help maintaining financial transparency as we continue to grow.



If you're currently pursuing a

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

, are comfortable with

Excel

and

basic accounting

, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment—this role is for you.#

Your mission

Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting and budgeting and forecasting. Responsible for accounts receivables and payables. Reimbursement and per diem.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

in

Finance

,

Accounting

, or

Business Administration

(with a finance focus). You have a solid foundation in

finance and accounting principles

and are eager to apply them in a practical setting. You are confident using

Excel

and comfortable working with

financial data and tools

. You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on routine tasks. You have excellent communication skills in

English

(German is a plus). You are available to work

15–20 hours per week

, ideally from

Monday to Wednesday

, with

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

in our

Berlin office

(flexible).
