The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

You learn the basics of international project management by supporting the planning and execution of international training events, including coordinating travel, legal agreements, and stakeholder communication - gaining hands-on experience in global event management. You understand and support the commercial asset creation by assisting the approval process for scientific and promotional materials, learning how compliance and regulatory processes work in the pharmaceutical industry. You thrive in a diverse environment - you will contribute to cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory - developing your communication skills. Learn about aesthetic medicine - you will have the opportunity to participate in educational events in Germany, offering exposure to real-world project execution and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate - you will be involved in ongoing projects and initiatives, allowing you to explore different facets of international business operations and project management.

What we expect from you:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, or a related field. You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office tools. You are fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Russian, or Turkish are a plus. You bring a proactive mindset, are eager to learn, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment. You ideally have first experience (e.g., internships, student jobs) in business administration, marketing, or working with external partners—especially in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
