Join Iberdrola’s Offshore Wind O&M team and contribute to Europe’s energy transition! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support Contract Managers in two key areas:
Tendering O&M scopes for EU Hub Offshore Wind Farms
Executing O&M contracts to ensure compliance and operational excellence
You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to track deliverables, validate obligations, and maintain accurate documentation—playing a vital role in the smooth operation of offshore wind assets.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering Support:Maintain dashboards, reporting tools for tender status and registers Assist in pre-tender preparation and documentation Administer tender processes via the iBuy platform Maintain tender records and track supplier responses Prepare summaries and checklists for regular tender meeting Identify and support potential suppliers to register within SAP and Iberdrola’s tendering portal, iBuy

Contract Execution Support:Maintain dashboards, reporting tools for contract execution status and registers Support Contract Managers in the day-to-day management of the contract execution Maintain contract execution records and support digital transition Participate in the meetings with the suppliers where necessary

Candidate ProfileEnrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Law, or Renewable Energy Strong interest in contract management, procurement, or renewable energy operations Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working with structured documentation and legal/commercial terminology Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with SAP, MS Teams and document management systems (Aconex, ProjectWise) is a plus Fluent in English; Spanish, German, or French is an advantage
