You support our team as
WORKING STUDENT (F/M/D) CRM, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (FOR 6-12 MONTH)
Responsibilities


Support the implementation and ongoing development of the new CRM contract management module Analyse existing customer contact and account data to ensure accuracy and completeness Transfer account-related customer contracts into the CRM system Collaborate closely with the CRM team, Sales Process team and individual account teams Assist in process documentation, process optimization and preparation of training materials (e-learning) Contribute to testing activities (e.g. UAT) and provide feedback for system improvements Assist in automation projects and perform testing for new process solutions Qualifications


Enrollment in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Project Management, Economics or similar Proficient in common IT programs (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Outlook), first experience in MS Power Platform Interest in digital tools, automation, and modern process solutions Solid English and German skills, both written and spoken Team-oriented, independent, and proactive working style Ability to take responsibility and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail Ideally initial experience or knowledge in contract management or CRM systems Some of your Benefits
