YOUR TASKS



Like many other departments, our Global Legal & Compliance Department is increasingly looking into the use of technology to increase efficiencies by automating standardized processes but also to increase the quality of its daily work.



You have a legal background and you are interested in joining our dynamic and ambitious team and support us in driving the optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution within Beiersdorf, changing the ways of working with contracts throughout the organization on a global scale? Then, we want you on board!

You will support us with:

Identifying and implementing future system enhancements

Providing user guidance for the CLM as well as on any future product enhancements (new functionalities, etc.)

Creating reports and presentations showcasing the benefits of the CLM

Creating surveys and updating system-related information provided to the users (such as training materials) on various communication channels (intranet, etc.)

Creating and maintaining contract templates in accordance with legal requirements

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled during the entire working student period

Strong digital and creative mindset

Tech-savvy

Ability to work in dynamic project environments

Very good communication skills

Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and SharePoint)

Digital native or enthusiast

Skills in data management as a plus

Legal background and knowledge of contract law are required

Very good written and spoken English skills

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
