In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business or related fields. Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in German or Korean is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for maintaining and presenting data and information. Advanced Knowledge in SAP and Cost Analysis Strong knowledge in Budget Controlling. Ability to work effectively as a team player, demonstrating good team membership and cross-functional collaboration. Strong passion for continuous self-development and learning.

Your tasks

Analyze and identify possible cost saving potential and ensure reasonable budget spending Control and approve/disapprove all administrative budget requests received from other departments, or external parties. Manage and book all invoices of the department Control that all the invoices-due are paid on time and if not, take appropriate measures. Ensure that all accounts are closed timely. Support the creation and planning of the annual budget plan for the upcoming fiscal year. Support other departmens (e.g. finance , GA, etc.) to comply with German law regulations related to budget controlling and reporting and ensure smooth and law compliant budget management Arrange budget if needed Report department expenses on a regular basis Manage assets, pool cars and credit cards. Perform other duties as assigned.
