Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

University degree in Business Administration or adequate education. Strong digital skills, specially with ADOBE Tools Intermediate level or MS Excel and full IT literacy Ability to concentrate and deliver on time with the required quality Intermediate numeric skills, to support budget control tasks Very good team working Good skills in communication and coordination Ability to develop data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage Fluent in English, German is a plus

Your tasks

Create new digital assets like guides, brochures, flyers, posters; among others at MPE level (PDCs & Internally Eschborn) Ensure all marketing material is properly aligned with Internal Corporate Identity Consolidate all documents (mainly invoices) required for the Sales & Marketing budget control and provide them to the local budget controller Arrange all logistic and planning details regarding local face to face trainings & Sales & Marketing department events Report on a monthly basis the activities performed by the marketing team, keeping track if finished, ongoing and upcoming projects Ensure all legal & compliance required procedures with supplier's selection, due dilligence, service agreements and confidentiality agreements Update internal merchandising controls in a regular basis Examine co marketing campaign's assets content and point out content improvement opportunities
