Übersicht:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.
Verantwortungsbereiche:
Receive and process incoming stock and materials. Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders accurately. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Inspect products for defects and damages. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the supervisor. Assist in cycle counts and regular inventory audits. Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and organizational abilities. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
