Salary

As a warehouse assistant (m/f/d), you'll start earning €13.90 per hour. As you take on more responsibility, such as becoming part of the management team, this promotion will result in a higher hourly wage.

Working days

Our warehouse employees (m/f/d) work up to 20 hours per week. Shifts are flexible and defined every week based on your schedule and our needs. From Monday to Friday only.

Working hours

From 9AM to 6PM – time of each shift 4 hours minimum, up to 6 hours.

What exactly does a warehouse worker (m/f/d) do at Shift Management GmbH?

Warehouse workers (m/f/d) prepare personalized food supplements for 1000s of customers every month. You will mix personalized formulas based on health tests results, and pack them into daily doses with packaging machines. You will then print labels and stick them on the shipping boxes. We are building these processes together from scratch: your input on improving processes will be highly appreciated. You will collaborate directly with the founders, and other team members (e.g. tech team), to help make your work as easy as possible.
