Design and implement comprehensive training programs for internal and field teams, including onboarding, continuous development, and tailored content on products, communication, and market environments.


Support Inside-sales performance and customer success by establishing knowledge management systems, delivering training sessions, and fostering key relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Training Specialist

In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die fachliche Leitung unseres Trainings- und Wissensmanagements – mit besonderem Hinblick auf die technischen Einweisungen von PatientInnen.


Deine medizinisch-therapeutische Expertise bildet dabei die Grundlage: Du stellst sicher, dass jede Einweisung und Schulung höchsten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards entspricht – fachlich fundiert, empathisch und praxisnah.

Deine Mission

Du leitest, entwickelst und überwachst unser gesamtes Trainingsprogramm mit Schwerpunkt auf PatientInnen-Einweisungen und Anwendungsschulungen.

Du verantwortest die Qualität und inhaltliche Richtigkeit aller Trainingsmaterialien, Prozesse und Dokumentationen im Bereich der PatientInnen-Schulung. Du sicherst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Standards für technische Einweisungen im medizinischen Umfeld. Du entwickelst Standards, Leitlinien und Tools, damit Einweisungen strukturiert, effizient und patientenorientiert erfolgen. Du unterstützt Außendienst- und Support-Teams bei der Umsetzung vor Ort – fachlich, didaktisch und organisatorisch. Du arbeitest eng mit Inside Sales, Market Access, Marketing und Clinical Sales zusammen, um einheitliche, wirksame Schulungskonzepte zu gestalten. Du konzipierst Trainingsformate (live, digital, hybrid), die PatientInnen und Teams gleichermaßen motivieren und befähigen. Du koordinierst HCP-Trainings, wenn sie im Rahmen von Produkteinführungen oder Einweisungsprozessen erforderlich sind.

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen ist ein Muss – z. B. als Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Diabetesberater/-in, Diätassistent/-in oder in einem vergleichbaren therapeutischen Beruf. Erfahrung in der Durchführung oder Koordination technischer Einweisungen und Schulungen, idealerweise im Bereich Diabetes oder Medizintechnik. Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte einfach, klar und motivierend zu vermitteln. Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du liebst es, Prozesse von Grund auf aufzubauen und zu verbessern. Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl – besonders in Bezug auf PatientInnensicherheit. Eigeninitiative, Lernfreude und Teamgeist. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da du regelmäßig mit internationalen KollegInnen und Materialien arbeitest.

A Training Specialist (m/f/d) is sought to design, build, and sustainably establish a comprehensive training and knowledge transfer program from the ground up — for both internal and field teams. Experience in technical support or sales and a desire to take the next step in your career? This opportunity could be the perfect fit.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and continuously develop training programs for internal and external Create different training content (in-person, digital, hybrid) on product use, application, communication, and market environment Identify training needs (e.g. new processes or new product features) Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Market Access, Marketing, and Clinical Sales on patient training coordination Establish internal knowledge management and training controlling systems to ensure quality and effectiveness Deliver in-person and online training sessions; provide support during field training efforts Supervise the collection of training certificates in the market Contribute actively to shaping the organisation during market entry Build a structured train-the-trainer program for healthcare professionals — from initial training to independent patient support Actively support product launches, training sessions, and strategic pilot projects with key accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and power users in the diabetes care space

You're Awesome At

Experience in delivering training and/or on-the-job training, whether formal or informal Strong communication skills, facilitation abilities, and strong empathy Ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly Independent, structured working style with enthusiasm for building new processes High level of initiative and willingness to learn Excellent written and spoken German Willingness to travel within Germany

Extra Awesome


A completed nursing degree (or equivalent qualification in healthcare), ideally with practical experience in medical devices used in Diabetology


Several years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or customer service, preferably in the medical technology or diabetes sector
