TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN CROSS BORDER SOLUTIONS (M/F/X)

In DHL Cross-Border Solutions (CBS), we develop shipping solutions for international eCommerce customers. Our delivery solutions are offered, implemented and supported by a team of in total 190 employees operating in eight European countries plus additional central functions located at the Head Office in Bonn. The central team in Bonn focuses on customer solutions, operational support and individual pricing as well as IT support, among other things.

Your tasks

Prepare and manage

community calls

and

performance dialogues

Prepare & document tasks to ask IT for improvements in Salesforce Work with MS PowerBI to

report KPIs

Analyze the customer onboarding process

to become even leaner and onboard new products to the process

Support Cross-Border Solutions

Implementation Managers in countries with current issues Support the CBS Customer Onboarding Community &

present best practice examples

for others

Your profile

Minimum

Bachelor Graduation

in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Informatics/Mathematics, Media & Communication, Engineering or Economy before April 1st, 2026 First

professional experiences (up to 3 years)

e.g. in consulting, project or customer success role; international experience Fluent

English
