What You Might Do

Lead a manufacturing site with full accountability for performance, people, and transformation. Champion Lean, S&OP, and continuous improvement. Develop talent and foster a high-performance culture. Represent your site as a benchmark for excellence.

What You’ll Bring

Experience leading complex manufacturing operations (typically 700+ employees). A strong track record in transformation, team development, and operational performance. Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to be fully present on-site.
