What Makes You a Great Fit:

Proactive and flexible mindset

, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors (Ideally) 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech and non-tech) A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruiting for a scaling startup An eye for top talent - whether it’s an engineer, marketer, or sales manager + You want to work in-office in our office in Augsburg
