About the role:
We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will run high-velocity, full-cycle recruiting for commercial roles with a focus on field sales across the European market. You will build and nurture recruitment pipelines, keep hiring teams prepared, and close great people fast while keeping the candidate experience excellent.

What you will do:
Run full?cycle hiring
for commercial roles across Europe, from intake sourcing/inbound triage structured interviews offers/closing
Design and optimize the inbound engine:
job ads, localization, referral programs, nurture, content, and employer branding
Build always?on pipelines
for high?volume roles: map target companies in e?commerce/tech with proven field sales motions.
Operational excellence:
create interview kits, scorecards, and debrief rituals that raise signal and reduce bias.
Candidate experience:
fast communication, prep, and feedback at every stage.
What you need:
Fluency in German and English
3+ years recruiting field sales roles in the European market (preferably in high?growth tech or e?commerce environments)
Experience spinning up
inbound candidate programs
(content, landing pages, events, referrals) with measurable lift
Strong sourcing skills using modern tools
Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills
Systems mindset, you are comfortable building in an ATS (we use
Ashby
) and automating where it saves time
