, you guide new products from recipe readiness to a successful launch and ensure smooth collaboration across all involved teams. You take ownership, keep an overview even when managing multiple projects in parallel, and make sure innovations are implemented in a structured, transparent, and efficient way. Your mission

You manage innovation projects from recipe readiness through to launch and ensure smooth execution You coordinate information flow across all relevant stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication You calculate material requirements for innovations, follow them up, and ensure availability You work closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Product Management, PLM, Promotion Planning, and Graphics You manage multiple projects in parallel and set priorities independently

Your experience & skills

You hold a degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable field You have solid knowledge of supply planning and a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes You take ownership, proactively drive topics forward, and feel comfortable preparing and aligning decisions You communicate clearly, reliably, and appropriately with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to consolidate information in a structured way You work in a highly organized and structured manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, analyses) You have very good English skills; German skills are a plus
