As an

Inventory & Replenishment Planner (gn)

, you will ensure that our products are available at the right time and in the right place, and drive measures to improve our inventory health. Do you think in a data-driven way, want to take ownership, and actively develop our planning processes? Then join our team.

Your mission

You actively steer inventory allocation across warehouses and distribution channels to ensure high availability You track service level and availability KPIs, turning insights into targeted improvement actions You take ownership of inventory health and continuously drive optimization initiatives You contribute to the preparation of the Executive S&OP meeting, supporting cross-functional alignment and decision-making You coordinate the planning of Value Added Services (VAS) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Your experience & skills

You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a comparable field You bring at least 2 years of experience in inventory, replenishment, or supply planning, or in a comparable data-focused role, ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced environment You have a data-driven way of working and use data to derive clear insights and actionable recommendations related to availability, inventory health, and service levels You are a team player with a hands-on mindset and strong communication and coordination skills You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and proactively drive your topics forward You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have very good English skills; German is a plus
