Shape the future of our supply chain: As a Demand & Inventory Planner (gn), you make sure forecasts, stock levels and service levels are always aligned with our growth.


You keep the overall planning in view and collaborate closely with different teams.

Your mission

You develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from Sales, Marketing, and Product Management You continuously monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models to secure service levels You ensure optimal stock allocation across warehouses and define safety stock levels to avoid out-of-stocks You translate promotions, launches, and innovations into concrete demand and supply requirements You support the S&OP process to align demand and supply with overall business strategy You analyze outcomes, derive actions, and drive the continuous improvement of our planning processes

Your experience & skills

You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field You are experienced in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management You are proficient in Excel; prior experience with planning tools is a plus You bring strong analytical skills and a structured way of working You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – ideally with experience in a start-up or scale-up company You are fluent in English, German is a plus
