to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will represent our company to clients in Munich and the surrounding region. Your focus will be on client visits, presenting multiple product lines, developing long-term partnerships, and managing an active sales pipeline.
You will work closely with our
Customer Service team in Scotland
to ensure orders are processed smoothly and sales activities are well coordinated. Alongside your sales activities, you will occasionally support showroom appointments and marketing initiatives when needed.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct a minimum of
8–10 client presentations per week
, covering multiple product lines
Manage a portfolio of
50–100 active clients
, building long-term relationships and supporting projects
Maintain an active pipeline with at least
€100,000 in open orders
and
€100,000 in open quotes
Identify and approach potential new customers to expand the client base
Present tailored solutions and provide consultative sales support across product categories
Work closely with Customer Service in Scotland
to fill orders, resolve issues, and coordinate sales activities
Record all client activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Support showroom appointments, events, and sample preparation when required
Provide occasional support for marketing activities (e.g. Instagram, newsletters, photo shoots)
Your Profile
Several years of experience in outside sales or account management (ideally in interiors, design, or a related field)
Proven success in building and managing a client portfolio with measurable sales results
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Professional and confident demeanor with a proactive, resilient, and empathetic character
Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage weekly client visits and reporting
Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
Fluent in German, very good English skills
Driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly in the Munich area (approx. 60–70% of working time)
