Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and pursue automotive LiDAR business opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 customers;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders;
Plan and conduct regular customer visits, technical workshops, and lead commercial negotiations;
act as the primary customer interface, and coordinate internal teams (R&D, product, and management) to define and deliver suitable solutions;
Support RFI/RFQ activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related field;
Proven experience in sales or technical sales of ADAS, LiDAR, radar, or related automotive sensing products to European OEMs or Tier 1 customers;
Fluent English; professional working proficiency in German.
Overseas study or professional experience, ideally in Europe;
Familiarity with OEM development and procurement processes (e.g. RFI, RFQ, nomination);
