We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Mid-Market Sales Director

to join our DACH- team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for

creating, identifying, and closing sales opportunities

, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market customers across the DACH region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-level decision-makers. Identify growth opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive new business development. Proactively generate your own leads through outbound outreach, networking, and market research. Conduct needs analyses, deliver product presentations, and lead contract negotiations. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer success. Utilize Salesforce and other tools for sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management. Work closely with the partner ecosystem to increase market penetration.

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, CX, or Contact Center solutions. Proven track record in the mid-market segment, particularly with complex sales cycles. Experience in generating and converting self-sourced leads into qualified opportunities. Strong communication skills and confident engagement with senior decision-makers. Structured, self-motivated, and results-driven work style. Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
