What you can expect

Being a host to our guests and business partners Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement Leading and developing employees Implementing strategic company goals Coordinating and collaborating with outsourcing companies such as housekeeping and technical services Evaluating guest feedback and implementing measures for the sustainable development of our offerings Continuously improving workflows and processes #

What you bring along

A completed hotel management school or similar qualification Practical experience as a manager in a hotel or similar establishment Several years of front office experience Excellent German and English skills Additional foreign languages are an advantage #
