As a

Recruiting Coordinator (m/f/d)

, you make sure candidates have a smooth and positive journey. Your main tasks are to schedule interviews with our hiring teams, support the recruiting process, and keep everything well organized. Together with our recruiters, you help improve the Candidate Experience and make recruiting easier for all departments.

Responsibilities

Organize interviews and meetings with hiring managers (on-site, video, or phone) Communication with candidates and guidance through each step of the process Take ownership of job ads, including their creation, publication, and ongoing updates Maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure processes run smoothly Work in close collaboration with the recruiting team to support the full hiring process Actively contribute to projects that improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship or similar qualification Ideally experience in a similar position Very structured and reliable way of working, also under high volume Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and friendly communication Very good English skills
