We are looking for a passionate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (gn) to join our HR team at our headquarters in Fulda on a full-time base. In this role, you will act as the key link between candidates and our business units, shaping the entire recruitment process with a strong focus on outstanding candidate experience and supporting our teams to grow sustainably.

Your Role
End-to-end recruitment: From alignment with hiring managers and defining job profiles, to selection, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
Consulting & collaboration: Close cooperation with hiring managers; acting as a trusted advisor on all topics related to recruiting, employer branding, and recruitment processes
Process optimization: Enhancing efficiency, quality, and speed through standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement of the candidate journey
Reporting & analytics: Tracking and analyzing KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate experience), deriving insights, and implementing improvement measures
Employer branding & candidate experience: Ensuring a professional, positive, and engaging experience for candidates through clear communication, career fairs, feedback processes, and a strong employer brand presence
Your Skills
1-2 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, ideally in a technology-driven or international environment
Solid knowledge of modern recruiting tools and methods
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and service orientation towards both candidates and stakeholders
Highly organized, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with attention to detail
Flexible and open to working in a dynamic, agile, and growing environment, contributing to process improvements
