A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be a Project Manager for an SAP ERP rollout in Grid Technologies Products Execution Unit. You start your day with a daily stand-up meeting with capability and workstream leads reporting to you. You align rollout plans and resource allocations across the different rollout sites. At midday, you are asked to join a meeting to resolve a conflict between the implementation partner and the business representatives. In the afternoon, you prepare for the upcoming steering committee where you present the latest status update and ask for a decision on a critical timeline adaptation. As the day wraps up, you take pride in evaluating the smooth SAP rollout.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Having a multidimensional role by being a strategist, technologist, communicator and problem-solver Leading an SAP rollout project, your decisions will shape digital transformation across a global factory network Introducing harmonized processes in order to build a sustainable basis for growth and flexibility amongst our factories Working closely with your internal and external partners to ensure flawless rollout of the SAP solution Learning continuously, from agile frameworks to data migration issues, every day is a learning curve Enabling your team day by day to fulfill their assigned deliverables which includes staffing, prioritization, cross-team integration and conflict resolution

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience within Project Management / IT project experience Strong understanding of business processes and their representation in SAP ERP Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel locally and internationally (approx. 20% of overall working time) Experience in the energy sector or related industries is a plus
